I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! We first visited the store one year ago in search of some poly patio furniture. We met then with Brooke and she was super helpful, patient and knowledgable. We were up in the air about colors at that time as we were going to have our deck replaced. No purchase at that time.

One week ago we revisited the store after our deck renovations were complete. We picked up where we left off with only color changes needed. Turns out they had everything we needed in stock and could be delivered on Saturday. Challenge was we were leaving Friday morning. Brooke made some calls. "How about today (Wednesday)?" That would be perfect!

Delivery went flawless. The guys were concerned about getting everything where we wanted it and were very careful and professional. Countertop table with 4 swivel chairs, a bench glider, 2 glider chairs and a small table for in between. Perfect!

All looked wonderful. Except... when our banisters/spindles/rails were replaced on our porch we did not realize they were taller than before. The round table and 4 chairs were a little short to see over it. We loved the furniture and color but picked the wrong height by our mistake.

One week later I reached out to Brooke via text and inquired about the height differences between counter top height (that we had) and bar height (which we thought we might need). She responded right away with a schematic of the difference between those two and normal height. I sheepishly asked what would be the possibility of trading in our one week old furniture for the Bar height. She checked with management and they said "No problem, we will need to order what you want but we will swap it out for only the difference in price between the counter top and bar height and deliver it and swap it out at no extra charge."

WOW!! Service above and beyond in my opinion! Basically they gave us back what we paid AND are going to RE-deliver and swap out for only the price difference of the height difference (which was less than $220.00.

My wife and I have shopped at Mountain Top Furniture at least four or five times in the last couple of years. Each experience has been extremely satisfying and demonstrating the courtesy and professionalism of Mountain Top personnel. This trip was typical of our Mountain Top experiences. My wife had spotted a sofa/recliner that she really liked. She spoke with Brooke, whom we've worked with several times in the past. With her typical professionalism and courtesy, Brooke presented the price and arranged and confirmed the delivery details. What would be really outstanding about this particular purchase for mountain top was the delivery and the adaptability along with the professionalism of the delivery team. What I had thought would be a very simple process, because we are asking them to move a sofa from its current location into a guest bedroom and then put the sofa / recliner in my man cave / office. The issue that I didn't foresee was that moving the sofa from the office to the guest bedroom was really a major project. The delivery team was John and Averett. Instead of complaining about how difficult it would be to get the sofa we had into the bedroom, they just went to work and planned how to accomplish that move. It was far more difficult than I imagined it could be and yet in spite of the difficulty, John and Averett simply went to work figuring out how to accomplish the task and getting it done. They were very professional and competent and the same time maintained a friendly and at times humorous approach. I cannot begin to express how pleased and appreciative my wife and I were for their diligence and accomplishing the task that we desired. Mountain Top from the shopping, to the purchasing and to the delivery process is absolutely outstanding. Without reservation, I highly recommend that you shop at Mountain Top Furniture. In the last couple of years, we have outfitted several rooms and our patio with Mountain Top furnishings. Every single one of our dealings with Mountain Top Furniture has left us pleased with the quality of our purchases and delighted with the personal interactions with the sales and delivery personnel. I have never "custom" ordered anything in my life but I have to say that I'm glad I did so recently. I really like the selection of furniture, indoor & outdoor, available at Mountain Top Furniture. We went there looking for a specific type of dining room table with chairs and a bench. Unfortunately, what I had in my mind was not found in their showroom. However, Meg Foster was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what I wanted just by my description. She made several great suggestions as well as showing us many samples they do have in their showroom. This ended up helping us decide on how to make my dream come true! She made several phone calls with the supplier and even asked for a rough sketch so I could see if they understood the picture in my head. It also didn't blow my budget and seemed reasonable as we had shopped around before deciding on Mountain Top Furniture. We ordered the table and it was ready within a reasonable amount of time. We weren't in any hurry to get it but it seemed to be ready earlier than we had expected it to be. Needless to say, when it was delivered it surpassed our expectations! The delivery was done in a very professional way and they came exactly when they said they would come. They took great care when carrying it into our home and getting it all setup. They even explained how to take care of the wood, etc. The table, chairs and custom bench were exceptional in quality and comfort. Being that the bench was wooden, I just assumed that I would need to have a cushion made for it. After sitting on this bench we realized it's so comfortable that we don't need a cushion! I am so very happy and pleased with our decision to shop here for our dining room table. We will definitely be back for future purchases!
