please please stay as far away from this place as possible. We purchased a couch and loveseat as well as a shelf and they were to be delivered at no charge. The first issue came up when they wanted the balance of the order paid in full before the delivery was made and before we could inspect for damages. We were told if there were damages that it need to be taken up with the manufacture. We paid the balance so we could get the furniture the entire bill was over 4K. On Friday 5/17 at 4:00 the owner's husband came in a U-haul truck and was very angry about our driveway and flight of stairs he got in a verbal match with me when he said he could not put the furniture in the home he did not even try he refused to remove our furniture from the truck which wad paid in full and took it back to the store. We had to pay some men to pick up the furniture from the store on Saturday 5/18 and move it to our house. The worst part was the owner made us sign a letter stating we would not file a dispute with Discover or hold the responsible if the furniture was damaged before she would let us take the furniture what a nightmare I now understand why there is never any customers in their store go anywhere but the Lazy Elk to purchase furniture to save yourselves the issues we had by the way the husband stated he...

My husband and I made a U-turn to come around and go into the store after we drove past it and saw the furniture out front. So glad we did! We ended up getting a dining room suit, living room set, and the most fabulous king size aspen log platform bed with all the matching pieces. if you are looking for good, quality cabin furniture, this is it. So unique, our cabin is spectacular now. pricey, but well worth it! go for the good stuff, go in and talk to Anna, you'll be happy you did......
