If you are looking for a gym that offers pizza on Mondays or bagels on Tuesdays, or a smoothie bar and a sales force ready to sell you all types of personal training, then Alphalete is not the place for you. If, however, you are looking for a professional, caring group of individuals to help you meet your fitness and health goals, or to train you to play sports in college, then Alphalete is definitely the place you want to join. My daughter and I have been part of Alphalete since they opened in 2016. We have made every location move with them and have stayed because of their quality of service. Each move has made the gym better and each move has been made for the members. As with any move, there are some items that take time to smooth out but given a month or two to set up and have everything in working order, the gym always ends up better than the previous locations. In terms of personal training, no one could ask for a better duo than Tyler and Dylan. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable in training to mitigate injuries in sports and to take your level of play to its peak. I know this because he trained my daughter before and during college, where she played softball at the Division 1 level, and now through her knee surgery rehab. Dylan is a proficient personal trainer who I have trained with for several years. He has made me stronger and more stable as I age and has provided me with ways of rehabilitating a hip and knee injury. My daughter and I also utilize the open gym when we are not working with Tyler or Dylan. They have all the cardio equipment, free weights, cable weights and racks that you would need to do a full body workout. All members have 24-hour access to the facility with a key faub, that yes you need to pay a deposit on; however, you will be refunded the deposit if you decide to leave. The equipment is in great working condition and if there is a problem with it, they make sure to have it repaired as soon as possible. In sum, if you are looking for excellent training and a facility to strengthen your body and mind, Alphalete is the...
Read moreI've been going to Alphalete for years. The trainers, Dylan and Tyler, are amazing people who show equal dedication to their work and your goals. They are both extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate, and hardworking. I now consider both of them friends. The environment itself is clean and welcoming. I was never one for the gym or for working out, but years ago I decided to change that by joining Alphalete and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Working with Dylan one-on-one and through the classes I have felt encouraged, motivated, and no judgement as I strived to achieve my goals with his help. It's his knowledge, dedication, and humor that has guided me through each session or class. Even on days I could barely get myself there, I left feeling sweaty, good, and motivated while often laughing with Dylan. It's truly the kindness, understanding, and zero-judgement I have felt at Alphalete and from the entire staff that I have achieved my goals and continue to look forward to the next workout. Thank...
