Becky's Bow Wow Boutique — Local services in Muscatine

We are new to the area and called Becky's to groom our dog. We previously went to a groomer in the Cedar Rapids area.

Everyone at Becky's was friendly and I love how the grooming is done right out in the open. I was late for my first appointment and they still took her which I really appreciated.

When I picked Livi up, she looked adorable. My husband and I both agreed it is the best grooming she has ever had.

She had a bath, her nails trimmed, the cut was perfect she smelled wonderful and had the cutest bow.

We were more than happy with the service we received and the price was very comparable to what we paid before, but without the bath, nail trimming, bow and puppy perfume.

Awful service, awful owner, awful workers. Called my Grandma who accidentally missed an appointment and yelled at her. Then put her hands on my mother (cops involved). Then when I called to ask what happened she gave me attitude and called me a “twat” and told me to come down there she wasn’t afraid of me. Definitely not how a good business should be ran. As far as quality of work I could not tell you I’m basing my experience her physically putting her hands on my mother and making my grandmother (in her 80’s-who forgot her appt) made her cry. If I could give a place 0 stars I would. My friend had brought her dog several times and 2 times of her dog being returned back to her she had little marks that hair was fully just cut where he was bleeding and bleeding by his paw and infection in his paw from it. Which had formed days later. she also noticed how one of those visits they didn’t treat him the nicest. They need to do better.
