Dollar General — Local services in Muscatine

Actually met the management of the store Bobbie I think her name was she was a very very rude person and I think I’m gonna call the main corporate and complain the things that she mentioned to me was very rude and I don’t think she should put away fall stuff when it hits 90% off in the Fruitland store I think they should give customers opportunity to buy that for 90% off but she put it all away so she’s going to save me a trip that’s OK because I wasn’t planning on going to your store anyways she was very very rude and I will be sure to let people know I ran into her at the Dollar General in Muscatine and that’s where some of the word she said to me well I’ll save you a trip I put it all the way in Fruitland that way I don’t waste my time And then a couple other mean things came out of her mouth I just kind of tried to ignore and I’m a very very nice person I get along with everybody but she was very mean the big B word I had a lot to say and hopefully none of you customers have to...

This store and the Cedar plaza store continue away have employees and management replaced because the company refuses to hire enough employees to keep the store products unpacked and on the shelves for available purchase I Have complained for years about going in to the stores and not being able to find what I need because it's sitting in boxes waiting to be unpacked this is not the fault of these employees or managers it's the company's greed and I truly love these stores products if you can find it on shelves It's very sad to see the company Refusing to allow enough employees to keep the products available...

I’m a truck driver and I was across the road getting my truck fixed so to kill time I stopped in. The people that work in this store are the nicest people I’ve ever met. They assisted me in ways I could never imagine. I came in to buy a few items and by the time I was done I had bought almost $200 worth of stuff for my truck. Mind you I walked to the store. The store manager took the time out her day to make sure I made it back to my truck safely. I’m really thankful for her and her staff. I highly recommend this store.
