I am a caregiver and went inside the store to try to return a package from UPS for her as they are an authorized shipping provider. I showed the woman behind the counter the clients phone asking if they can scan it off the phone. She immediately gets loud with me and makes a snarky comment “CAN YOU READ?” And laughs. I guess maybe it said info on the phone that it needed to be printed? I was just trying to help my client out and doing as she asked. She could have just told me they cannot do it and we would have gone elsewhere. Another worker in the store defended me and told the woman that she was wrong. He happily helped me. As i was leaving she then was rude towards the other worker who helped me. I feel bad for her co workers having to deal with her. Horrible.
