Would not recommend for weddings.

Urban Apparel gives unclear instructions, sets poor expectations, and makes you the customer, the issue.

I was apart of a wedding party that utilized Urban Apparel and I provided my sizes along with the rest of the party. The suits arrived 2 weeks before the wedding but I wasnt able to pick up mine until the week before. The suit i tried on was one size too small than the size they had on record for me. They didnt order my actual sized suit. No explanation as to why. And I confirmed they had my actual size written down. While trying on said too small suit, I only tried on the pants and once those didnt fit i was told "do not try on anything else" .That will be important later.

My actual sized suit arrived 2 days before the wedding and I picked it up the day before. That suit fit besides typical alterations, but the wedding party is wearing a different vest that comes with the suit. Urban Apparel didnt order the bigger size for me in that vest. When I asked why not, they said "we didnt know because you never tried the first vest on when you were here" as if that was my decision.

I didnt try on the first vest during Visit 1 because as mentioned above, once the pants didnt fit i was told to stop trying on anything else. Am i wrong to infer that they knew to order the bigger best too based on that statement? This is after they were trying to tell me they gave me my vest when I came the first time (the only thing I left with after Visit 1 was my shoes). After this mixup, they tried to calm me down saying its not a big deal and I can just get some material added to the sides of the vest. I dont mind alterations, but let me get alterations after you order what you're supposed to order first. I shouldn't be getting alterations because you dont know how to order things properly.

I am all for supporting my own, but there's a standard. Urban Apparel...

I went to urban apparel to purchase a suit for my wedding. I was definitely not looking forward to suit shopping, as I was expecting an uptight experience. . I was delighted with some of the most personable service I have ever received. I had no idea what size I am only a slight idea of what I wanted. I was sized up, and we got the most comfortable suit that fit me absolutely perfect. The ties were excellent, and I purchased a bow tie and a regular tie because both ties looked so good. I will definitely be heading back to urban apparel, I will probably be bragging about my suit for the next couple of years, as I'm still thoroughly impressed 3 days later and I look sharper then I ever have. Thanks urban apparel!

Ps. They have a great selection and extremely fair prices, as I said before I don't think there's a better...

Best in town! Period! If there is any better please let me know. Variety of clothes, from conservative to flamboyant. They have just about everything and anything your looking for. First time using this place to find a last minute suit. I've purchased a few french cuff shirts from them & the quality is superior! Everyone was very nice and professional. Very impressed with the variety of selection and the price to purchase a suit. Owner was also in store working and they explained the comfort and fit differences Urban Apparel is designed for the Man that knows how to dress! Whether formal or casual, Urban Apparel has the clothing to make you look like a millionaire!! I'm going back to buy...
