Jessica helped me. Nice and knew what I wanted. I’ll go back! This was a while ago and it’s not how I feel now! I bought a new vape a month or so back and when I needed pods around 2 weeks ago! I got home and it was the wrong pods! Called and the employee said he knew after I left he sold me the wrong ones! He was rude and made me feel like I did something wrong! I called and spoke to Jessica and she told me he’d bought me the right pods and I could pick them up! I said I didn’t want him to buy the right pods and I’d try to come in when I could! I mainly wanted her to know how the employee treated me! I went back today as I’ve been sick and couldn’t go! Jessica said they didn’t have them for me now because I said I didn’t want them and that’s not what I said so I left! She called (which was what the other guy could have done) but she wanted to know if I wanted to do a trade for the right ones! I've been in this shop and seen everything from drugged out wierd customers sitting inside doing almost nothing, children behind the counter, employees smoking mj in the store, employees giving away store product, cat hair on the displays, and what look like teens working there or standing around should I say..WHERES THE OWNER? No actual new market products? Constantly out of the products they do have. Ecigeez has an older retired gentleman theyll refer you to at there shop if you have any issues with tanks,products etc and has vast knowledge of the market and repair. Go with the more knowledgable shop that doesnt have children working in it, or cat hair on your products. I bought a Blink torch there a week ago, which works fine. So I suggested my best friend buy one last night, she did and she forgot her ID at the store and wasn't handed a receipt by their employee, Caleb. We came back tonight to see if they would replace the torch AND we were going to buy another torch after exchange with the swivel head. However even though Caleb was working last AND TONIGHT and knows he sold that Torch to us, He refused to honor the deal.
