Service is Superb! Do not sleep on this family owned & operated Company. You will be happy & satisfied receiving the dedicated & professional service provided! I contacted Bowling to request a 2nd opinion and estimate to replace outdoor AC unit, after AC maintenance service was performed by another Company that I have been doing business with for over a few years, and an issue was discovered with the compressor. Response time was quick. Owner, Ronald, came out the next morning. Instead of just providing an estimate, he hooked up equipment, checked wires, checked refrigerant, troubleshoot the condenser issue, found an issue with a wire that should've been connected but for some odd reason it wasn't. 🤔 He fixed that, cooled down the condenser and got it working. Won't go into all the additional specific details. He didn't have to do all that extra work, knowing that the unit had already been looked at. He went above & beyond what I had called & requested for. Ronald is very knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything he was doing and looking at with the AC unit. When I woke up this morning a little before 8am I realized that our AC wasn’t working properly. Of course it just happen to be the 4th of July when a lot of heat and air companies are closed. I went ahead and reached out to Bowling Heat and Air to find out they were doing service calls! They scheduled an appointment and actually showed up on time! Ron quickly assessed the issue and got our unit up and running again. He even stayed to make sure the temperature started to lower in our house. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg since it was a holiday but we were pleasantly surprised when we got the invoice that Bowling didn’t higher their prices just simply because it was a holiday. We will be using them again in the future for any needs and will certainly refer them to our family...

Bowling heat and air replaced our entire system in October of 2023. They went out of their way to squeeze us in on the same day to diagnose the original system and get the new system ordered right away when we decided to replace. We had a small issue (manufacturer issue, not Bowling Heat and Airs fault) with the auxiliary heat not kicking on properly today (3 degrees outside temp).
