Erica is awesome! She was the only employee at the site and had multiple customers to deal with while I was there, but was able to keep everybody moving at the same time. One customer was upset about the ap, not working, and she handled him with patience and professionalism as she worked through his technical problems while assisting me and another customer in getting placed into our new storage units. I set up online and everything was ready for me when I got there. The storage unit was clean and so was the facility. After my 1st month I realized I needed more space. I called and Steve was so helpful, he was able to get me into a bigger unit and one right next to my old one. He made sure switching my stuff over would be easy, and it was! This storage unit was also very clean and very accessible. The price is right too....
