If you want to deal with an arrogant person, this is the place for you. On April 29 I took my wedding ring in to have a stone replaced. On May 14 and 16 I phoned the business and left voice mail asking for a date I could come and get my ring......No response. On May 22 I went into the shop and the proprietor told me that "I have replaced the stone but still need to check the prongs on the rest of the ring. It's on my workbench." Today, June 19, I went into the shop and said I wanted my ring. I got the ring and guess what......NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE, This person blatantly lied to my face. Received your reply......First of all I DID NOT enter the establishment yelling. I told your assistant I was there to pick up my ring. Only after receiving the ring and finding out that no, you had not even started the repair did I raise my voice. You told me on May 22 to my face that the ring was in process with the diamond replaced. That was a lie to my face, I do not deal with liars well. When I came in on May 22 you were dismissive of my complaint that I got no response to my phone inquires. Just because I am a female senior citizen does not mean that I can be dismissed just because I had the audacity to...

It seemed my wedding ring was catching my hair a little too much and seemingly all of a sudden. Thinking the post or the setting had worked loose, I brought it to this shop for an inspection. No problems with the ring and no cost at all for the inspection. Already a good experience! But what made it special was a table for sale in the showroom. I walked in the door and stopped in my tracks. I yelled out "stunning" and filled with excitement. Turns out the owner also makes furniture. Really beautiful furniture. We bought that table and love it every day. It was delivered to our home, with an extended promise to resurface it whenever we need (due to our 2 cats and their inevitable scratches on the surface).

It was a very unexpected surprise to shake the hand of the man that made furniture in our home, especially because it usually comes from some mega production, machine driven warehouse manufacturing place overseas. I know we will adore this quality, one of a kind, handmade table forever.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at The Jewelry People. I’ve gotten two different repairs done and would definitely take my business of future repairs here. They were able to take a ring that originally had a very tall basket setting and seamlessly swap it out with something with a lower profile. They also were able to repair this pesky, dainty chain. The first time I brought it in for a repair, I believe some sort of moisture got trapped in the soldering so it broke again within a couple months; but The Jewelry People took it back in to repair free of charge for a second time and it’s held up great with daily wear for about half a year now. Again, with a seamless repair that isn’t noticeable. In today’s microwave society, people have a hard time waiting for honest, quality repairs; but I’d gladly wait as long as it takes for this...
