I would give 0 stars if I could. Booked a party for my 5 year old for today (Saturday 1/25) Was told I could be there at 11 to set up. Well we got there and the place looked like it was in shambles. Apparently they had a water main break on Thursday and they never called to tell me. Can’t even get a hold of the guy who books the parties. The owner of the building was nice enough to try to accommodate us and let us use a room that was not damaged, however they had to turn the heat off to try to fix the issue.
