I can't express enough how otherworldly this adventure has been. Hands down, this is the best Spa and Massage experience I've ever had - and considering the fact that I treat myself to a LOT of spa days, that says a lot! The location is very zen, the facilities really impressive, and the staff - knowledgeable and friendly. I was sitting in the jacuzzi with the sun beaming down my face, and another guest comes up to me and says - "You look so happy" - And I really was! A Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, a salt room, a gym, plus other extra amenities you can upgrade yourself for - I went to everything that was available. I also would like to say that I've never been so impressed to see bone broth available as an amenity! And it was delicious! :) But really, the main focus of this raving review is my massage therapist, Brian. This man has magic hands, and you will feel like you have been touched by the divine after being treated by him. I appreciated him really listening to me, and focusing on the areas that I said I wanted him to work on (mainly my head and neck because I get migraines) I'm definitely coming back for you, Brian! Thank you! All in all, what an amazing Napa gem, worth every penny that you will spend, I promise you. Five stars...
Read moreThe BEST experience I’ve had in a very long time. I am already booking my next visit. We didn’t stay the night but we did enjoy a full spa day at Halehouse. Tim gave me my massage, it was pure bliss. It may have been the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The amenities were pure magic, I love doing the salt room, the steam room and the sauna. The ladies locker room was beautiful and well kept (the lockers were missing the bags for wet bathing suits so we did have to look through a few to find one). We spent a few hours by the pool and hot tub , all very beautiful with an amazing view. I wish they would have had a full bar or even told us we could order drinks. When we were leaving we seen people with bottles of wine. Now we know for next time though! All in all, I can’t...
Read moreThe spa facilities are undoubtedly world class and the treatments can be amazing (some of the best massages of my life, a few of the worst - we live an hour away so have been many times). The pool and general crowd can be rowdy. Prepare yourself for, typically, loud, day drinkers who lack manners or respect for the fact that this is supposed to be a relaxing environment. It falls on the Staff and management who could, respectfully and delicately, implement some rules and maybe post signs encouraging people to be thoughtful and speak quietly. It ruins it for everyone and is not a "spa experience" when you spend $1000 for the day as a couple or with a girlfriend to enjoy a massage and facilities. Otherwise, it’s an amazing place but this is a...
