My mom’s wedding dress was brought here after her wedding renewal and it got completely destroyed. It was her 2nd time to wear the dress this past March and she will never be able to wear it again. I will never be able to wear it or even alter it for my future wedding anymore. The dress was bought in 1999 and the dress is no longer made and the business that made/sold it has been closed for years. The dress got left in some cleaning machine for 24 HOURS when it was supposed to be left in there for 1-3 hours. My mom would never write a review, but it breaks my heart to hear how careless someone can be to not properly clean or even check? on someone else’s wedding dress. The beading has fallen/twisted off in areas and the dress is cut and discolored. It does not even look like the same dress anymore and there is nothing an alteration place can do to fix the damage. I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience. No one should have to worry about their dream dress getting ruined especially after keeping it safe and sealed for 25 years without any damage. The manager did reach out a couple days later to reimburse my mom for the cleaning and the dress which is respectful. However, there is not a dollar amount that will make up for the fact she will never be able to try on, show off, or even look at her dress in person again.
