Be warned: IKEA's Nashville pick-up point has moved and is now buried in a sea of giant logistics warehouses a couple of miles off I-24 in Antioch. The old location on Spence Lane was very convenient; this new one is about as far off the beaten path as you can get. Be prepared to get stuck in traffic behind a bunch of tractor trailers. In addition, be prepared to hoist your order from a service bay that's a good 4-feet high (it was obviously built to move products directly into the back of 18-wheelers). My order was a 70-lb box. If I had gone to an IKEA store and needed to pick up a 70-lb box from a high shelf, there's a multitude of IKEA workers to help. That is NOT the case at the pick-up point. Even though I'm 200 miles from the nearest IKEA store (Atlanta) I will gladly go there from now on rather than deal with the ordeal of the new Nashville...

I have one item that was never delivered to me, still in a "Waiting to pickup" by Fedex state. I contacted Customer Service twice - first time, they said they had it fixed but did not, the second time they essentially told me to pound sand, they weren't going to help me and ended the call there. I give 2 stars because the service at the pick up center is excellent when I was there to pick up a chair. I was...
