Dunlap Store — Local services in Nashville

First time return to old Dunlap's was today after 12 + years. So many memories. Ice Cream is just right. I wish they would bring back the flavor that made this store so famous, Lemon if Im not mistaken from what I've been told. It was like it was yesterday when I walked in. The first 10 years of my life include many trips to Ernie Dunlap's Store or Dunlap Store. Does anyone know what happened to the old bench that was out front. Putting peanuts in our soda was a past time. Some of my family worked there for Ernie, for decades. This is a gem and the stories and long history, its a story that shouldn't be forgot. The employees are nice and helpful, and their selection of products is amazing. There are flavors of drinks and snacks I've never seen anywhere else, and their freshly cooked food never disappoints.
