After admiring a friend’s closet and two single bed installation one evening and finding they highly recommended Alpha we drove to the design store to investigate our options. The staff at Alpha then designed, built and installed a custom Murphy bed and a custom closet bank for our home. The installation created a flexible guest room that we are able to use as a sewing/ironing room with space for a small desk or use as a comfortable queen size bed guest room when we have overnight guests. The bank of four closets with hanging bars and/or shelving is versatile and functional while providing some much needed storage space in our small beach cottage. The salesperson at the store was friendly and helpful, never pushy while she explained options and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the ordering, building, installation process, cost and timeline. The designer who came to our home to measure and discuss our needs offered excellent and constructive suggestions which we followed and have been grateful for. The gentlemen who delivered, assembled and installed both units were professional, courteous, meticulous, did an excellent job and cleaned up every spec of dust upon completion of the installation. It has been so long since I had my custom pantry installed by Alpha Closets that there were no records in their computer. At least 12 to 14 years ago. The pantry has been in full use since then and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, last weekend it partially collapsed. I thought I’d drop by the office on Monday and see what the good people at Alpha Closets recommended I do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I showed them photos and emailed them to the office so that their guys could figure out what the problem was. Within a couple of hours I received an email stating that they’d be out the next morning to tear down the shelves and they should be able to reinstall that afternoon. Tuesday morning they came and did just as promised. They explained that they do not use the system previously installed in my pantry anymore but they would upgrade me to their current, much stronger system. They completed the work, were extremely polite and informative and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. This was truly over and above any warranty expectations. We moved into a Condo and had to do some downsizing. However, we decided to have custom built-in to give us more storage space. We didn’t want them to look like something that was just put in, but rather a piece of furniture. Liz worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We also wanted some wood trim that would match the kitchen cupboards and she found a stain that matched. The men, Brett and Ryan, who installed were great. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing everything, they were so polite AND they always cleaned up after themselves. In the past, I would have to clean up after workers left.
