E-Bikes of Holmes County — Local services in Navarre

I am very pleased with E-Bikes of Holmes County. My wife and I purchased E-Bikes from them last year because they have great salespeople and customer service.

We were not too knowledgeable about E-bikes and their salesperson took the time to explain the differences between the various models that they had in stock. We did not feel any pressure to buy, but we felt the salesperson was very helpful in addressing our questions. She also allowed us to test out a bike in their parking lot. We told the salesperson that we were going to think about purchasing an e-bike, but we want to take some time to think about it a little longer. The salesperson understood and said she can provide us with price quotes and a brochure with the various bikes and options that we might want to buy. Again, there was no pressure to make a purchase at that time.

My wife and I left and thought about the E-Bikes and about a week later we decided to purchase 2 E-bikes from them. We called them and they had the bikes and the accessories ready for us, so we could get the bikes home. We are both pleased with the quality of the E-bikes along with the service the folks from E-Bikes of Holmes County provided.

I purchased an item online from the shop, one not always easy to find. I love the web site layout. Very clean. The price together with shipping were good and so I took a chance on a shop I was not familiar with.

As it turned out I had an issue with the product unrelated to the shop and sought advice. I had a response within hours with a question. I answered the question and I had a response to that almost immediately with as good a resolution as anyone could want.

My wife and I recently spent a couple of days in Holmes County and decided to rent e-bikes for a couple of hours. We called and talked to Kyle and he set it up for a couple hour rental. When we got to the bike shop it only took a few minutes to get us set up and teach us how to ride the bikes. There is a nearby path that runs about 12 miles and is shared path with horse-and-buggies.
