Dollar General — Local services in Naylor

This store is extremely cluttered. Like other users have stated, the aisles stay congested with carts/ stock etc. very hard to move around in there. Some of the employees that work there are very friendly but there is ONE African American woman with short hair who acts like she’s inconvenienced by having to do her job. I have had a bad experience with her on more than one occasion and last night was the last for me. I placed my items on the counter right in the middle and she said “ honey I’m over here place your items closer to me so I don’t have to reach.” First off- that’s your job, secondly- my items were less than 1/4 of an inch from your hands. That’s just too much for me. She had done this one several occasions. The other thing was she carried on a personal conversation with customers and did not even acknowledge me. Service is super slow. The isles stay cluttered with stock and you can't even access certain areas because of the new stock sitting in the way. While only one cashier runs one register and 4 other employees are to be stocking. No one is stocking or running a register, even when the line is 15-20 people deep. The other employees seem to hide out in the back and collect wages for doing absolutely nothing. I would prefer to have another option to do my shopping. I avoid this dollar general...

This particular store will always get a 5 as long as this manager stays. You can tell that she cares about her store and her customers. I love coming in there and seeing her smiling face. I also love not tripping over boxes and not having to squeeze down an aisle to get to products. Even the...
