Laurie was amazing between her communication, knowledge when I told her what i was looking for, had great recommendations for what to buy, great pricing, was patient, & very nice, caring and friendly from the start!! I had knee surgery and while trying the beds to find the perfect one she was very helpful to help me get comfortable to finding the one i loved! She also fit me in last minute to get it delivered ASAP to help me sleep better during recovery! My boyfriend and I both absolutely LOVE our new bed! We will definitely be going back to pick out one for the kids in the future! The quality of the mattresses are awesome and amazingly great pricing!! Name brands! My son is moving off campus this year and needed a mattress. He attends NMU but wasn't back in Marquette just yet. I happened upon one of Laurie's postings. Being more than 600 miles away she was extremely helpful in setting things up. I felt like I was just talking to another mom...which totally calmed my nerves. We found BoxDrop Marquette on a Google search and we are so glad we did. I called Laurie on Saturday afternoon and she invited us to come and take a look at their show room. 30 minutes later we were there, and found a great Serta mattress that fit our requirements perfectly. It was delivered by Pat on Monday morning.
