My mother bought a washer from Russel's of Neillsville. From day one the washer never worked correctly because the agitator was not properly in place. My mother spoke with the customer service and Bruce several times and they insisted there was nothing wrong with the washer. Finally Bruce agreed to come out and look at it. He showed up when my mother wasn't there. He ran the machine through the cycles (with no clothes in it) and told my dad it works fine, completely ignoring the fact the agitator was the problem. My mom had a technician come and look at the washer and he said the agitator was not properly in place. He fixed the issue and for a short time it worked properly. My mom filed a complaint with the BBB. Bruce's response them was I came out ran it through the cycles and worked fine. Again, completely failing to mention it was the agitator that wasn't working. He also said my mom told one of the customer services reps "she better watch her back". I'm an outsider, moved here in June, bought the old Blue Bell Inn. These people, owners and employees have been nothing but kind to me. I'm not the nicest guy in the world, a bit of a prick, and these people are always, absolutely always nice and kind. Let alone a wealth of knowledge. They have helped me with my house restoration immensely! One even went home for lunch to get a light/fan fixture bulb cover she had as a spare to give to me, because they didn't sell it. Another time on a cold day after I dropped my Jeep at the dealer and went here to buy stuff and hang out and wait, they offered to take care of my daughter while I walked the one block over to get the Jeep when it was done. The staff here and the owners are the most incredible people I have ever dealt with. They make this the best hardware, appliance and flooring store that I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Warranty information was emailed to them 3 times before service order was done. Waited a week and a half before they came out which was after another phone call to them. Ordered part from description of problem and did not come out to diagnose. Did 5 loads and did not work again. Called and again waited a few weeks before diagnosing real problem which was lid lock switch. He put it back together and told me to use it and call if any more problems. Did 2 loads and stopped working. Called again and waited 2 weeks no call back. I called and part was ordered. Waited a few more days and called again. Now we are told warranty is over and they will not come to fix it. After few trips to laundromat and unprofessional customer service, I was told to go some place else. So done...
