Buyer Beware!! I ordered a plant for my mom for Mothers Day! I told the person I wanted it so she could plant it outside! What my mother got was a hanging basket of petunias. Not what I ordered! I called back and she said oh they can be planted outside but will not come back next year! When you order something that is to be planted "outside" its something that should come back. Boy was I wrong according to her! I've Never had any problems when I've ordered from other florist. She will give a refund if she can pick the basket up?? Who ever heard of someone doing that?? A refund is in order but doubt I'll Ever see it! And she wanted me to quit posting on social media! Well I'm telling it like it is..... If this can stop 1 person from ordering from them then my job was done. Being raised down there I have lots of friends who has seen my post and made comments. Where to begin... I cannot say enough great things about Lisa (at least I believe that was her name) and Accents Floral & Gifts. I called her on short notice to make a custom arrangement for me and even though she was super busy making and delivering arrangements for 3 seperate funerals, she still took the time to make me an amazing floral arrangement for my mom's birthday. My mom loved it by the way! She has a website where you can view her work. That's what initially brought me to her. That and her other good reviews. Lisa is hands down the best in the area. Also it was nice to support a local, small business and not one of those big box stores. When I went to pick up the flowers she was super courteous and friendly, but professional at the same time. I’ll never order from this establishment. I ignorantly let the florist choose something for my moms 85th bday stating only that she really likes pink and purple. Go to town in fact charge me more if you wish to go all out. They choose to send a fall arrangement!! Look at the photo, what about them says birthday or festive or heck so happy you’re 85 mom!? They look like what you’d bring to grandmas for Thanksgiving!
