The organization and communication of this business is a 1 star worthy. Called a couple of times throughout the day at different times left voicemails for a quick phone call back. Did not receive one call back. Went through their online portal to make a reservation. Reservation request was submitted successfully. Waited all day for an email response or a phone call response confirming booking. Since the boarding time was scheduled for the end of business day I called in repeatedly at the end of day till I finally got an answer. Asked about my reservation submission only to be told that they didn’t receive my request and that they just booked out the last room for boarding. I asked why I wasn’t given a callback from the multiple voicemails I left at the beginning of the day to confirm the booking. No response was given and I was told “it just is what it is”… I have the screenshot of when I sent my submission and confirming the request. We love it here! Don't let my drop-off tremors fool you, because I'm also scared of cardboard, dumpsters, and pill bottles so... ...anyway, mom and dad need a break from constant dirty floors due to our sheer madness, and they feel safe leaving us here. We always get a pup-cup, and my little sister, Ruby, and I get to stay together. We weren't going to be back until June, but we brought a half-unalive baby rabbit thru the doggy window and put it under mom and dad's bed... ...so we will see you this weekend for another...

All Dogs Dream helped facilitate the adoption of my dog, Shadow, and made the process simple and easy!

I had to fill out a form and I was able to call the adoption director, Anna, and ask as much questions as I needed. Since I was coming from a distance, I was also able to video call and see how the dog was in action! They were also kind enough to hold my dog for me after a deposit, which made the process less stressful for me as I could plan accordingly!
