I am SO pleased with my experience with this company!! I work in a space that was renovated using some of Marco's furniture products, and I loved the versatility and mobility - so I requested additional tables. They arrived while I was out on leave, and when I returned I discovered the new tables did not have casters. My colleague who made the order was no longer employed, and I had nothing to go on except a telephone number on a sticker underneath the table. I expected a complicated process trying to get the new tables to "match" the existing ones, but I could not have been more wrong. The Marco representative was able to investigate the situation and had casters shipped out the same day. I was pleasantly surprised by my interactions with the gentleman that loaded me (Greg). I was in the dock only 60 seconds before he started loading. He comes off as a very genuine, humble, hard working man. I'm glad I kept my mouth shut when I originally was sent to the wrong dock.
Times when you feel really small in life.... I'm 41 years old and can't believe I still get so close to "blowing it". LORD help me. LORD bless Greg!
