My goodness what an awful experience. I decided to try them for the first time today to purchase a Kryptonite disc lock. I placed an order at 10:23am and received an email an hour later stating they would not be fulfilling the order. Apparently, they claim their system had a problem with my information (though they could not offer specifics). Hmm, that's odd. Well I checked my invoice and order screenshots and everything appears correct. My information, CC and home have been the same for many years.

In any case, I later found out that they decided to charge me for the lock anyway and charged my credit card. That's correct folks. They decided they would cancel my submitted order and weren't going to send me anything, but they charged my card anyway. Hello fraud.

I wrote the company to explain what was happening and that it wasn't acceptable (either send the order or refund the credit card) and they suggested I order MORE things from them!? They also wrote that if I wanted my money back to go through my bank or credit card company and work it out with them.

Folks, this is a very shady operation. I would strongly urge you find an alternative vendor for whatever it is you're seeking. Good companies do not operate like this. Period. There's no misunderstanding and I've got it...

Just purchased a set of motorcycle tires. They did not check the DOT (Department of Transportation) date code for when these were manufactured. They are over 2 years old! Motorcycle tire manufactures rule of thumb is no more than 5 years, then discard. That has worked well for me in my 40 years of riding experience. I've lost 2 seasons of riding due to the age of these tires. On top of that their communication with customers seems very ridged and uncaring in the manner in which they respond to emails. There is no sense of human element in that context. Almost canned like responses, machine like. They have the same exact tires on amazon for less. I asked if they would refund the difference as I purchased direct. The tires would sill have been sold by and shipped from them. They did not answer my question about refunding the difference, rather just sent a shipping label to...

BUYER BEWARE Let me start off saying I never leave reviews . I bought 2 motorcycle tires from this company on ebay in Aug2021. I had received 1 tire that was over 3 years old made in April 2018 and another that was over 5 years old made in April of 2016. They worked with me at first but only with the older tire but the tire they exchanged it with was also 5 years old made in Sept 2016. They said that they only sell 2020 and newer tires but after I got the replacement they didn't want to work with me anymore and just told me to return the tires for refund.They could not give me an in date tire. I sent both tires back to them and they only sent me a refund for one of them. I had to go threw ebay in order to get money back because they didn't want to refund me for it. Multiple messages were sent back and forth but all of them were just copy and paste saying the same thing over WORST...
