If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my granite counter tops installed June 17, 2022. One of the pieces was cut short by my oven and you can see the top of my lower cabinet as well as they damaged the corner in transport and tried to repair it but it looks horrible. Have to have a ugly rubber seam cover the edge so food doesn't keep going in the huge crack. Then the seam to connect 2 of the pieces is right in the middle of the sink with a width of 2". In less than a month it cracked right at the corner of the sink on the 2'' piece. Came out on July 11, 2022 to fix the crack and put brackets under the sink that should have been done initially according to the repair man for Signature Granite. Left and said that should fix it. Two months later it cracked right by the seam on the 2" piece. Came out again on Oct. 4, 2022 to fix the new crack. Have a total of 2 cracks and the seam all right in front of the sink. Same repair man assured me it was fixed this time. 2 months after that the same crack came apart and the small 2" pieces was sharp at the crack. A different repair guy came out on Jan. 25, 2023 and sealed the crack again. I said if it comes apart again I want this granite replaced as there is a damaged corner, cut incorrectly, and has 2 cracks in it. He assured me it was fixed. The crack came apart AGAIN and they came out on Feb. 7, 2023 to "fix it again" I was adamant they needed to replace it and keep getting well lets see whats causing it and make sure it is stable. Again he assured it was fixed this time. Well what do you know the other crack came apart and they came out again on May 11, 2023 to fix it. They mentioned they would probably need to replace it after this fix if it keeps coming apart. So they have come out a total of 5 times to repair the same cracks. Now the seam came apart in February and I didn't even want to deal with calling them because you have to call them several times to even get them to answer the phone and schedule something. So Now, I called Jerrika on 3/8/24 at 8:59a and left a VM. Never called me back. Called again on 3/12/24 at 12:34p and left another VM. Never called me back. Called on 3/15/24 @ 2:07p and I was automatically transferred to her VM. I hung up and called back immediately and a lady answered. I asked if Jerrika was in as I have left 2 VM's as she hasn't returned my call. The lady already knew my name before she put me on hold to "page" Jerrika that she had a phone call, but obviously my calls were being screened. Spoke with her and she said she got my VM's and spoke to the repair team. She was waiting on when they could come out and repair it. She said she would call me when they had a time. Never received a call so called again on 3/22/24 @ 12:04p and left a VM. Guess what, Never called me back. So called on 3/26/24 @ 10:37a and spoke to the Manager Arlan. I explained to him what was happening and never receiving a call back from Jerrika. It has now been 25 days since I first called to get my granite fixed and still NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK! I believe they are trying to ignore me long enough for me to go away. But I will find other means to have them come and fix they never installed correctly in the first place. We never picked this company. We ordered through Lowe's and found out after they called us to come out and remeasure what Lowe's submitted. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY from...
Read morePremium prices, poor workmanship, abysmal customer service. We purchased new master bath countertops and sinks through Lowe's in mid-February and paid $4,500+ in full at the time of purchase. Signature came to measure the bathroom almost a month later, and eventually scheduled installation four weeks after measuring.
Several things about the installation were done incorrectly, and we promptly made both Signature and Lowe's aware of our concerns (same day): one end of the splash wasn't cut/fitted properly into the countertop which left a large gap which the crew filled with uneven black latex caulk rather than correcting the problem (see photos); underhung sink mounts that were mis-drilled (the sinks were onsite to measure when the room was measured, see photos); sloppy cutouts for a makeup area that weren't properly filled with silicon (more photos); and electrical outlet openings that are too large (see photos).
Signature's Neosho, MO facilities are 235 miles away. After multiple calls and emails with photos to Signature, local Lowe's, and Lowe's corporate Customer Service, it still took Signature 10 days just to schedule a service call for three weeks after installation with the same crew or five weeks if we wanted a different/competent crew. Meanwhile, we had a non-functioning bathroom because the plumbing can't be re-installed until the countertops are corrected.
Lowe's stood behind the sale by refunding the entire purchase and removing Signature's work (kudos to Lowe's!), but we'll still be without a bathroom for another 4-5 weeks while a reputable local company fabricates and properly installs new countertops and sinks.
Signature may be a great company when servicing the Neosho, Mo. community, but leaves MUCH to be desired outside of the immediate area.
NOT A RECOMMENDATION. ...
Read moreWe used Signature Granite through Home Depot. I measured the countertops and gave the dimensions to Home Depot. We both came up with the same square footage. When Signature Granite measured, they came up with almost 5 square ft added. Home Depot and I both argued with the measurement. But, Signature Granite replied "That is just how we measure" This added several hundred dollars to the price. What keeps Signature from making up whatever sq. ft they want? They can make up anything they choose to their liking. Unfortunately, we had our project done in 2 stages. Signature knew the only way we could match the previous countertops was to use them and they used this to their advantage. They also charged almost $700 to take out the old countertops. It took the technicians less than 20 minutes to take them out. They told me it was for takeout and disposal of old cabinets. I told them I would keep the old countertops for other purposes and that they did not have to take them with them. I asked if it would be cheaper, and they stated they don't do business that way.
IN Response to your reply.
We had no choice to pay if we wanted the second matching half. Don't blame on Home Depot. I was standing there next to 3 people in the dept. when they made the call to you arguing about the square footage. They were as dumbfounded as I was. Yes, they charged more because you charged them more by adding bogus footage. The computer generated quote is only as good as what is put into it. How fake can you get???
LOL. You don't know whether my kitchen is beautiful or not. You were never there.
You just try to post eye candy replies with your bogus responses.
