East Central Sports — Local services in Nessel Township

I’ve driven through North Branch over the past 20+ years and glanced at the old gas station occasionally as I pass through the intersection. In recent years there have been small 4-wheelers on display, and I’ve thought that they would be perfect for a youngster. I’ve been in need of a new 4-wheeler because my ’91 FourTrax needs major repairs. Out of curiosity I decided to do an online check of this location and found that it is East Central Sports. Checking their website, I was amazed at what they offer. Never having heard of Kymco I did additional research and learned about the company, and it was impressive. I stopped in last week and met Brad. He was very helpful with all the questions I had, and I was convinced this would be the right choice for me and my needs, which are basically plowing snow and dragging some logs. I did a follow up with Megan the following day and she too was very helpful and enthusiastic about the company and the Kymco line of products. She arranged the delivery and today Brad dropped off my 550i. I had two pages of questions which he answered and showed me the locations of things like oil filter, battery, grease knuckles, etc. He emphasized that if I have any concerns or questions to contact him and he will help me out. Thank you, Brad and Megan. I highly recommend checking out East Central Sports. I feel I saved $1500 to $2,000 and got more options than what I would have on a competitive unit. Best Experience you Could ask For!! My 11yr old son had started a business in order to save up for a pit bike, He was scammed by an online dealer and lost out. Megan, Mac and Brad went what I thought was out of their way to make sure my boy had a great experience ( I Later learned that this is the level of service and commitment is the standard for them ) From the moment my son walked in, he was treated as a customer and not a child, Megan was remarkable in the showroom throughout the sales and financing process with him... Mac and Brad in the Warehouse/ Distribution Center were also amazing. When we pulled up, they already had his bike sitting there waiting for him ready to go. The first thing they offer this boy is to hop on and kick it over ! They went through ( hands on ) every component and the pre check , they made sure their customer was happy and confident before he took delivery. in a world where most people are just schlepping bikes out the door... these three people care about and believe in their customers and the relationship they build. We will definitely be back ... I don't think we will ever leave... Thank You so very much for not...

My buddies and I bought a total of 6 SSR 125’s from this company and we had absolutely amazing customer service. Great people that know what they are talking about. Also these were the cheapest rates that we have ever seen. We drove almost 4 hours because any of our local dealers were double in price.

Not to mention we planned on getting them assembled but decided to have them crated which ended up saving us money. We had already paid the assembled price and he gave each of us our money back for the crated price. Most dealers would just pocket that assembly cost and kept their mouths shut.

For the people that are leaving the bad reviews, idk where your coming up with this stuff it sounds like the stuff that they are warranting shouldn’t be but they are doing it to be nice anyway.

Also sure it Chinese stuff, if your expecting it to be as “perfect and high quality” as a Honda or something like that then go pay there price. You get your bang for your...
