Update 2/ response to lies made by management :
We never gave you our phone number. A detail you misrepresented. We left and came back after realizing the error in our car. A detail you misrepresented. Michelle wasnât in the room when we returned. Marcus (rude manager dude) and a blonde white employee, Robin, were the only workers present. Robin apologized right away. Marcus never did. A detail you misrepresented. Marcus proceeded to treat Michelleâs mistake with a terrible attitude. Then Robin was making a mistake at the other register. Then Marcus proceeded to rip her a new one over a $3.50 mistake. Even her customer said it was okay and heâd eat the cost because it was so awkward because of Marcus being so rude. Marcus said to her rudely he never had that happen and he shrugged and gave off very aggressive, bullying energy. Everyone was uncomfortable. He broke her cheery disposition down so much she didnât even say goodbye as we left as she did just several minutes before when we left through the doors the first time.
I have the photo I took of the specials too including the joint review offer. Stop with the lies that can easily be proven with video footage from security cameras and photos.
I invite the readers of this review to look at the owners response and look at my response and ask who seems more genuine here versus a scripted covering their own selves legal jargon? Why would two different employees call us trying to rectify the situation if they knew they werenât guilty of being rude and handling this situation poorly? They could have just responded here.
Iâm sure this wonât be the last review regarding Marcusâs behavior as it seems he is completely in denial of how he is around others.
All you needed to do was suck up your egoic pride and act decently Marcus. Instead we are having this extensive back and forth because of your emotional fragility.
This was never about the mistake of flower vs shake. It was always about us standing up against the bullying we witnessed Marcus commit against his subordinate Robin (the blonde employee), which then permeated our entire item exchange experience and impression of your poorly run establishment. Really rude, condescending manager dude. Made everyone in there uncomfortable with his inability to communicate without having a terrible attitude. Didnât even apologize for the mistake that was made on our order. Instead made us uncomfortable to be there with lots of aggressive looks/ took forever to complete a simple item exchange. Iâm giving an extra star for the kind ladies working there trying their hardest under such nasty management. Also they offer a $.01 joint to those who leave a 5 star review. So keep that in mind while reading the other reviews. ;)
Update: Michelle, to answer the question you had on your voicemail about our issue (also creepy & illegal of you and rude manager dude to call multiple times and harass us from our medical card information): the tone of the voicemail by rude manager dude was as patronizing as they come and encapsulates the issue here: he feels he can call and bully us like he bullied his employee in front of customers (us and others) and that will be acceptable. Well itâs not. Itâs rude, arrogant, and creates a toxic environment. Michelle if it were up to me youâd be running things there as your tone and attitude was humble, approachable and you actually apologized. But hey remember I was a paying customer and youâre not paying me for my time, energy or advice. Emphasis on was.

From the second I walked in, I felt like part of the familyânot just another customer. Ariel, the owner, has really created a space thatâs all about welcoming people, educating them and building a community, not just selling products.
Robin, who helped me, is super knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed while answering all my questions. It helps that Robin went to school to be able to further educate others on the benefits of Cannabis. Marcus, the manager, is awesome tooâhe keeps everything running smoothly, and itâs clear he really cares about the place and the people who come in. Marcus is constantly looking to curate the menu with new and unique strains, and if there's anything you are looking for, just ask!! Honestly, the whole team just makes you feel right at home.
