I bought a couch, ottoman and chair made by Kevin Charles. At 4 months the particleboard that the couch is made out of broke causing the coils to pop up. My son came to fix it and then I could see how cheaply it was made. He added some real wood to enforce it and reset it. Then I noticed that the back was not flat against the wall. Looking and feeling I noticed again that the particleboard was broken in 2 places. The ottoman top has a cushion that now sits off to one side, making it look off center. While cleaning the chair I have noticed that there is a piece of particleboard in the chair that is broken, so now we all have to be very careful when sitting. Here's hoping that the chair coils don't pop up! I will never buy this brand again. I can't believe how cheaply made it is. Who makes furniture out of...
Read moreBought this furniture 3 weeks ago. Back cushions are lumpy and misshapen. Inside the cushions is merely cotton that bunches up whenever I sit in it. Had the furniture repairman here already because I went back to city furniture with the back cushion with me that was all lumpy and soft. There should be foam inside those cushions to keep their shape. Not cheap cotton that lumps together and is only two weeks old. I’m gonna hate to see what it looks like a year from now. Spent over nine or $10,000 at the store. Sales manager kept me a virtual prisoner encouraging me to buy the service warranty for 45 minutes. He was totally unprofessional. I bought this at city furniture in...

The 'stain proofing' is a joke, The seat support ripped and now it sags. The cushions are understuffed, we got service on it once and they came and installed a steel bar to reinforce the back but then everything else started breaking after that so it seemed pointless. We essentially need a new sectional. Such poorly designed furniture I don't know how they're still...
