After 2 years of Minecraft and Roblox, my daughter's computer started to run slower and slower until if finally just wouldn't boot up at all. I had a couple of people who "knew what they were doing" spend about 5 hours helping me "fix it" which gave her 2 weeks of smooth running, until it crashed once again. If you have a 9yo then you know the level of "everything sucks" that my child displayed whilst her $1,000 laptop sat collecting dust. I was told if I dropped it off early then I would have it back that evening as he offers same day service. I dropped it off at 9:30am the next morning, and as I was expecting it not to be finished for a while, I proceeded home to mow my lawn. I had literally just pulled the mower out of the garage when i received a message that this laptop that had been the Bane of my existence for the past month, was indeed ready for pickup! It runs like brand new, even better!! Less than an hour and Lewis computer service had preformed the miracle of saving the computer! I truly wish I could leave a 10 star review! The customer service was excellent, they went above & beyond my expectations. I called on a Monday morning which was a holiday. I live in Alabama so I was blind calling for help with a locked up computer. He offered to give it a shot right then. He was waiting on a business call, so I got the computer to him. I drove to fill my car up... I got a phone call before I could finish pumping gas, WOW! All done & was good as new!
