Ntera, LLC — Local services in New Auburn

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Ntera expanded along the road I live on but skipped our section of the road. Expanding down two side roads around us. When I contacted them to find out why they skipped our 1 mile section of road they kept blaming it on lack of grants and telling me to do my own research and complain to the proper people if I had any issues. Best Internet provider hands down! Exceptional service, great speeds and low prices. Over Memorial Day weekend 2025 our Internet stopped working on Saturday night. Ntera had a technician onsite at 9 am Sunday morning and he promptly fixed the issue. (Todd you're the best). No other Internet company could our would have done this in a small town or big city.
