Every time I go in its so heartwarming. compared to other dispensaries I've been to the atmosphere isn't as organic as CANNA on Phillips rd. They say hi the moment I walk in till I leave. They greet me while they are with customers, and I really like that because it shows that they are engaging with others and still show love as I walked on in. I say people too because I also am aware of my surroundings, and I see visually how the associates treat others besides myself. They smile, engage in conversation I see and when I am with an associate, they really help me find my perfect smoke every time. I didn't have my license one day I forgot it and my partner went in for me and came out smiling happy because they treated her so good and gave her the best bud for me and she doesn't even smoke, but they knew what they are talking about she told me. That made my day because I was so frustrated I left my wallet at home but she came out saying they are really cool and friendly so that was another good experience. I really like CANNA and will continue to always go there, and I've been to so many different in New Bedford and they are my favorite. Cana has great FLOWER compared to any other dispensary around here. So much better then nea and their brown seedy and MOLDY Cannabis. Plus on Sunday you get a 25% discount on your entire purchase if u spend over 5 tubman's. All the workers at fairhaven and new bedford location have been super chill and always willing to help out. I have not seen them falsely advertise anything either, something that NEA also loves to do. Screw their stupid wheel too where u can win an 1/8th of black bud. Almost every vape I’ve gotten from here stops working after a day or does not work in general. They are very good about returning it for something new. However, I went in today and placed my order online before getting there and made sure I had the correct amount of cash so I wouldn’t have to use a card. While placing my order online I saw there was a $1 pre roll of 1 strain. I selected a quantity of 10. I also purchased a vape. My total when checking out online was $48. When I went into the store it was over $95. I said the pre rolls were $1 online and I showed her then and there it was still priced at $1 and she said there must have been a glitch.
