Very disappointed how drastically the customer service has changed. Prior to 2020 things were fine. We’d order, **pre-pay** and pick up feed when the order came in. In 2020 they got weird about telling me they couldn’t order my feed. Seemed to be upset about people putting orders in during Covid. So I started getting it elsewhere so my horses wouldn’t run out because they would tell me they weren’t ordering again for another 3-4 weeks after I requested. I plan ahead, but waiting 4-6 weeks to get horse feed was a bit more than we were looking to do when others put in orders weekly. We tried to use them again now, and apparently they hold grudges. Weird, I have no idea what I even did to upset them to begin with? So not only was todays interaction no better than prior, they charged an additional $5 per bag. They’re more expensive than others, but to upcharge an extra $5 per bag?? They win, I won’t force them to take my money. Apparently they don’t need it. Since I can’t reply to the response, I’m editing to add my comment. Your response is completely false and untrue. I prepaid literally everytime I ordered. The only time I didn’t is if you happened to have it stocked. Here’s a screenshot from our convo then as well when I told you she said you weren’t ordering for several weeks. You never said otherwise, you just said you’d cancel it. So if you were ordering every week, that’s not what y’all were telling me and you definitely didn’t dispute it when I told you she’s had been telling me that the last several times I tried to order either. You were very upset about adding my feed this time as well. That was added by a district manager that was trying to help me out and asked me to give y’all another try. Thanks for making me regret that. Sorry it was such an inconvenience to you to you to add business for you… I did nothing to deserve the poor attitude that you gave me then, or now. I was concerned about trying to return, and you quickly confirmed why. And honestly, that’s what’s most upsetting about the entire ordeal.

I like this shop. It is fairly close to home and the people there are friendly and helpful. My only issue is they don't have consistent stock. I get goat food there. One visit I get Brand A. Next time I go back they no longer have Brand A, they carry Brand B now. Next time I go back they no longer carry Brand B, they carry Brand C now. My goats loved Brand A. They were "meh" about Brand B. They haven't made up their minds yet about Brand C.

I like this shop. It is fairly close to home and the people there are friendly and helpful. My only issue is they don't have consistent stock. I get goat food there. One visit I get Brand A. Next time I go back they no longer have Brand A, they carry Brand B now. Next time I go back they no longer carry Brand B, they carry Brand C now. My goats loved Brand A. They were "meh" about Brand B. They haven't made up their minds yet about Brand C.

I bought capshield flea pills for my dogs and cats. This product is very effective worked great on my dogs. My Blue Heeler was chewing herself to death I gave her the pill and I gave my Toy Fox Terrier the pill and within 30 minutes they weren't itchy no more and I was already finding dead fleas on my little dog. This was money well spent I'd recommend this product to everybody. Thank you to the owners of the New Berlin...
