This was my first time at the Rinnova spa. I had seen it for years in town, but had never been. It typically get a massage once a year for a summer treat after teaching and ā€œmomā€ing. I was pretty sure what to expect with the $95, 60 min. full body massage and the set up of the space, however I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire space that is the spa building experience. The entry way immediately has fountains and soft music to set the stage for relaxing with a window to let in natural light. The left entrance inside the ā€œatriumā€ like entrance leads to the spa. The front desk team showed me to the lounge that I could enjoy as much before and after my massage. The lounge was like sitting in a glass-style garden room. There was a small waterfall fountain, furniture, coffee, water, trail mix, and a sauna. I was offered the ladies locker room where I could use the lockers and change into a fuzzy robe. Not had that opportunity before, so indulged. Sitting in the quiet and relaxing before my massage was great. Mariah did my massage and was great. Her pressure was flexible to my preference as I indicated along the way. Prior she asked me about areas I preferred attention or areas I didn’t feel comfortable with. I wanted it all! Especially fingers and scalp :) My whole body melted for the hour I was there on the table. I felt safe, supported, absolutely relaxed, and like a goddess honoring my strong body. Afterwards I enjoyed the sauna in my robe. It’s all wood and has a natural sauna smell. The locker room shower, that I didn’t plan to enjoy but did, was equipped with spa brand soaps and shampoos. Towels and washcloths were provided as well as sandals. The restroom was equipped with complimentary hairbrushes and a blow dryer. To say that I didn’t want to leave the sunny oasis tucked off the west new Bern highway area is an understatement. I now appreciate the spa experience, not just the massage. It was worth the investment!

I had the Tour of Tuscany spa package experience today! I would not say that anything stood out or was intentionally ā€œTuscany inspiredā€, however overall it was a good experience. My facial was outstanding, Jordyn did an amazing job. 10/10. My massage was good & my pedicure was good. However my nails are a mess. I’m not sure if she applied the top coat too quickly or what, I’m really not sure what happened but every single nail bubbled up and all of the edges are already pushing back and off the nail. I am aware this was regular polish, I often get regular polish and I know this is not the intended outcome. For the amount that this package costs, I did sort of expect my nails to be presentable. Everyone was very nice, but this is the one part of the experience that is visible after leaving, it’s the proof that you get to show after having a spa experience, and it fell very short. These photos were taken 2 hours after I left, just for reference. I would definitely return for a facial but I will not get my nails done here again - lots of room for improvement!

(Massage) After moving back to ENC, I was forced to replace my massage therapist of 7 yrs. Today I found Anna at Rinnova. Super professional, listened to concerns before hand, and asked questions as she went along. I've had 2 other massages in the area recently, both felt rushed. This was not! I could not be happier with the facility (its quite impressive), the staff (all very friendly) and especially with Anna. Convenient hours with Saturday's too. Can't wait to see the new facility and to continue with this practice. Cheers.

I just finished with the Tour of Tuscany package that was gifted to me for my birthday.... and all I can say is W O W . The package comes with a massage, a facial, lunch, and a mani/pedi. Daniel did my massage, he listened intently to my needs and focused on my problem areas. He was very welcoming and made sure i was comfo the whole time. I went in very sore and stiff and he really took care of me, working out all of my knots and kinks. Daniel was very knowledgeable on the techniques needed for specific ailments. I felt immediate relief in my neck and back when he was finished. Jordyn did my relaxation facial. She talked with me about my concerns and focused my treatment on my individual skin needs. This was my first ever facial but won't be my last! It was so incredibly relaxing and comforting. She had a very delicate touch and really took her time with all of the products and applications, I nearly cried because it was THAT relaxing. Afterwards, she gave me some tips for my current at-home skin regimen which I really appreciated. After my facial, I was served a delicious lunch in the lounge. I got the greek salad with chicken and a mimosa. Im not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best greek salads I've ever had. Everything was fresh and tasty. After lunch, Jamika took me back for my mani pedi. I typically do my own nails, so it was a real treat to have them done for me. She was so kind and we made great conversation. My nails were in pretty terrible shape, but she fixed them up just right. The pedicure was absolutely divine, with sugar scrub, hot towels, parrafin wax and a massage. Just like my fingernails, my toenails were pretty pathetic and she worked magic! She recommended a strengthening polish for my poor nails and made them pretty again :) all in all, I had the most amazing day at Rinnova, I have absolutely no complaints and wish I could do this more often. Highly...

I have visited this spa before and had no issues and scheduled appointment for my pastor in the past but just recently I was treated and questioned like a criminal when all I was doing was scheduling an appointment for my mother which I had done before and had no issue. I was asked to provide the number to a recent gift card that I had purchased, my name and so much information just to schedule an appointment. I verified that the saved credit card on file was mine and I wanted that card charged at the end of her visit which was done before and no issue. I had never spoken to this individual on the phone and never will. I was very upset and they still have removed my card information on file. She lied about being booked to June because I had a co worker call and attempt to do the same thing and was not given the same treatment. I was going to just order a gift card but I was treated so bad and was told that the manager authorized this bad behavior from the employees and they refused to allow me to speak to a manager. I had done this many times before it it seemed that this lady was different and just evil. I was also going to treat and group of ladies to this spa in June also but no one wants to go there after this and they shouldn’t. It is bad that a place I have visited and had appointments booked for me and surprised others and booked an appointments for them would act this way. I will have to find another place for my friends and family to enjoy because it will never be with this...
