I tried not to make this too long, but I can’t explain how thankful I am for Liz and everything she did for our wedding! Picking the person who will plan and curate the best, most memorable day of your life is not something to take lightly. My mom, who is an event planner herself, has worked with Liz before for things like balloon arches, her photo booth, and other rentals. Every experience my mom had with Liz was fantastic, so when my husband and I spontaneously booked our dream venue just two months after getting engaged, I knew I needed serious wedding help.

I’m a perfectionist, super Type A, and even with my mom’s experience in event planning, I knew I needed someone I could trust completely. Someone who would just get my vision without me having to explain it over and over. After just one text, Liz immediately responded and scheduled a meeting with me. From the moment we sat down with her, I could tell how professional she was and how much wedding expertise she had. She listened to all my crazy ideas, took notes, and made it clear that her top priority was understanding my vision.

Liz took charge of everything, which was exactly what I wanted. I want to note, though, that she also let me feel very in control, which I loved! My husband and I have incredibly busy schedules, and she made sure the planning process wasn’t overwhelming for us. I know everyone says great things in these reviews, and it’s obvious my wedding turned out amazing because of Liz, but for all the Type A brides and perfectionists out there—I promise you, she is someone you can completely trust with your special day.

What I appreciated most about Liz was her honesty. She was always upfront about what was worth the investment and what wasn’t, even in situations where she could have made more money. She was incredibly mindful of what was important to us and she truly learned my style, my family, and my heart. She knew when something was worth discussing and when it wasn’t, which was a lifesaver as the day got closer and the clock was ticking.

Liz executed my wedding from start to finish. She handled the flowers, brought a hot chocolate cart for our cocktail hour, provided servers to plate and serve dinner, created all the signage, menus, and seating chart, and even made cake tasting easier by bringing samples to us. She responded to my late night texts and was there for me every step of the way. On the wedding day, she was the first one to arrive, set up everything perfectly, had an incredible team with her, coordinated all my vendors, and made sure the day ran seamlessly.

She was beyond flexible, always making time for wedding meetings as often as I needed, even just to ease my nerves. She even came with me to my bridal photoshoot because I trusted her opinion so much. She helped with my hair and makeup trial, observed how my photographer worked, and truly made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. I had no idea where to start with vendors, and she provided me with amazing recommendations while still encouraging me to explore my own options.

Liz is an absolute gem, magician, and dream maker. She is professional, detail-oriented, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making your event perfect. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond while making the process as smooth as possible, Liz is it. We got married Oct 5th 2024. We agreed to have a very small intimate wedding with immediate family only. 28 people to be exact.

So, when my then fiancée suggested she wanted to hire a wedding coordinator. I was completely against it. “We’re only having 28 people…(in my mind, there was no need for an added costly expense)…my mom can step in if need be.” My wife was persistent, and being the good fiancé that I am, & putting my newly learned pre-marriage class skills to use…I reluctantly agreed.

Shortly after hiring Liz she [Liz] wanted to meet with my wife right away to discuss plans and expectations. she was very thorough, and thoughtful bringing attention to things we hadn’t even though of.

Weeks leading up to our wedding my wife would tell me how Liz would check in periodically to ensure things were going smoothly and timelines were being met. At one point my wife’s initial make up trial did not go well, leaving her concerned and disappointed. Once Liz found out she met with my wife immediately with alternative recommendations, thus putting her at ease. It comforted her knowing Liz had her back.

On the day of our wedding not only did Liz oversea and ensure the ceremony went according to plan, she stepped in to serve food and drinks, so everything went seamless. Throughout the course of the wedding Liz would make it a point to give my wife and I a drink of our beverages prepared by our bartender. This allowed us to remain hands free and fully present…to enjoy these special moments with each other, our family and friends.

I brought my personal set of very expensive copper cups to use for Moscow mules. Liz must’ve realized how important these cups were to me. At the end of the night I went searching for my cups, (family can at times think everything is a party favor) I was delighted to learn Liz had set them aside for me.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our Liz. From the very first meeting, she was so warm, and friendly and truly dedicated to bringing our vision to reality. Every detail — from helping me to find someone to do my hair and makeup, meeting me to give me cake samplings, to the venue setup to the timeline — was executed flawlessly, and she made the entire planning process feel stress-free.

Liz brought so much creativity, organization, and calm to our big day. She and her team handled everything behind the scenes with such grace that we were able to enjoy our wedding without a single worry.

One moment that truly stood out: I completely forgot to order an extra bouquet to toss for the single ladies. I asked Liz what we could do, and without missing a beat, she gathered some flowers from a nearby table and crafted a beautiful bouquet in minutes. It was such a small detail, but it perfectly captured her resourcefulness, creativity, and calm under pressure.
