I had the best experience with jay and the employees at star appliances. They have The best prices gave us a amazing deal when I had to buy multiple appliances the stove and washer were immaculate they made sure that it all worked was delivered and hooked up even when we had issues getting the hoses off to hook up the washer they helped before leaving they spent the time removing the old appliances instead of us having to pay to dispose of them and the cost it saved us was exceptional it was the most wonderful online experience I’ve had and I’ve had some really bad ones I would recommend them to anyone they are very professional very helpful and very clean and very prompt arrived when they said they would stayed in touch i had a horrid experience with another company in Butler and they helped us out of that jam in one day and we got better clean and newer appliances at star quickly. I paid online safe and secure I will be buying a refrigerator from them in two weeks and above all the businesses that sell appliances in Mercer Shenango and even in Youngstown I recommend them before anyone else if you need any appliances go to star appliance you will not be disappointed I will always go back no matter what for my appliance needs did not have time to go take pics of washer hooked up but you get the point how wonderful it is thanks...

I tried to purchase a washer and dryer set from him, but the unprofessionalism is through the roof. He wanted to make a delivery to my house after 8 PM, but I was uncomfortable with that, especially because the original agreed upon time for delivery was between 5-6p. Wheni told him I didn’t want it delivered that night he proceeded to give me reasons of why he ran so late like it was going to change my mind or something 🙄 I still said no and then he decided to “text the wrong person “ Saying that I had canceled at the last minute and if the person had wanted their stuff delivered tonight or on Monday he can do it. I told him I just wanted to let him know that he text the wrong person just in case it got too late for the other customers as well. I tried contacting him again about delivery and he stopped replying to my messages all together. We were looking for a washer for our daughter as hers died and Jay gave us such a good deal we bought her a dryer too….even though she really didn’t need one. They were brand new scratch and dents but honestly I saw nothing in the way of either. Looked brand new to me. Jay has a really nice selection of washers and dryers in addition to stoves and fridges too. He’s even going to hopefully get us a dishwasher. Ours is 20 years old and still works but it’s just time for a new one. But the best part is he’s a really nice guy to talk to. We talked about our families and joked around.
