As far as hardware goes, this location strives to meet the bare minimum requirements and go absolutely no further.
They only keep material on hand that sells frequently. If you have a broken pipe in your house that uses a somewhat rare fitting, you either need to go somewhere else or wait up to three days for them to have it shipped in. This has been the case almost every time I tried to actually complete a project with Ace's help over the last ten years.
Their hours are abysmal now, too. They used to be open until 8pm, but it seems they used Covid as an excuse to close at 6pm, meaning when you get off work, go home, and start working or cooking or cleaning, and something breaks after 6pm, you're not fixing that tonight.
This establishment's only saving grace is its staff. The people who work in the physical location are kind and as helpful as they can be.
