Loved it! Love Mike, he's awesome!!! When you can't get good appliances anywhere else and you want to stay in your community go to Owen's home appliance he's got everything you could possibly want and probably more. I know people that have gotten great deals on everything from washers and dryers stoves my favorite my awesome French door refrigerator. It's beautiful and it's worked great for over a year no problems no complaints and it's beautiful. I will buy from him again.. so if you're in the market for any new home appliance go down and see Mike! He will send you out the door with something great!! Mike gave me shelves for a refrigerator for an elderly lady for free just so she would have shelves in the door of her refrigerator and he charged her nothing! He's a great guy he sells great products and he's very helpful! Thanks Mike! 😁

We took a chance to make the 2.5 hour one way trip from West TN to Owen Home Appliance in Somerville, AL. We based our decision on the fact that the owner, Mike returned my call off of his CraigsList ad. He gave me a list of washers and dryers that he had in stock that matched our needs and price range. We were greeted with Southern hospitality and received excellent customer service throughout our visit. Not only did Mike have what we needed, he gave us a great deal on the pair, plus additional perks thrown in for us. You will be very happy that you made the smart choice to do business with Mike at Owen Home Appliance in Somerville . We plan to return soon for the remainder of the needed appliances for our new tiny cabin project.

Mike and his team are absolutely the BEST for any appliance need. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else!! So helpful and I can tell you that you aren't just a dollar to them but if you have a problem after you purchase, no matter how long you have it, they go above and beyond to make it right!! I would never recommend Owen Home Appliance. I would give negative stars if that were an option.

I purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher on February 17, 2025 from Owen Home Appliance. After 3+ months of no communication and no appliances from Owen Home appliance, I called to request a refund.

In order to receive my refund, I had to dispute the charges and contact the state attorney general. 16 more days to receive my refund.

All communications with Owen Home Appliance were initiated by myself. Owen Home Appliance never called or followed up. Owen Home Appliance never even offered an apology.

I will not use Owen Home Appliance ever in the future. I will not recommend Owen Home Appliance to...
