Almost perfect! Please add filtered water 💦 to fill water bottles please 🙏🏼 ….The newly opened rest area off I-35 in Minnesota offers travelers a welcome reprieve with its thoughtfully designed amenities and modern appeal. Strategically located to serve both northbound and southbound traffic, the site provides a seamless blend of functionality and comfort, making it a standout addition to the region’s travel infrastructure. The rest area boasts ample parking for cars, RVs, and trucks, ensuring accessibility for all types of travelers. Inside, visitors are greeted with clean, spacious restrooms equipped with touchless features for enhanced hygiene—a notable priority in today’s world. The family-friendly environment includes a designated play area for children, picnic tables, and well-maintained green spaces, ideal for stretching out or enjoying a meal. What sets this location apart is its commitment to sustainability and local culture. Solar panels and energy-efficient lighting demonstrate eco-conscious design, while interpretive displays highlight Minnesota’s natural beauty and history, offering a learning opportunity during a quick break. For tech-savvy travelers, free high-speed Wi-Fi and charging stations cater to modern needs, enhancing convenience. The addition of a vending area stocked with healthy options, alongside traditional snacks and beverages, adds to the appeal. A small pet relief area ensures that furry companions are also accommodated. Overall, this new rest area off I-35 in Minnesota is more than just a stop; it’s an experience that reflects careful planning and attention to detail. Whether you’re on a road trip or a daily commute, it’s a destination worth visiting for both its practicality and charm.

Was looking for a place to call it a night after a Vikings game and boom, this place was it. Not a bad drive from downtown Minneapolis. Ended up staying the night and luckily it's not a very packed location. There may have been 5-6 vehicles that stayed overnight. Didn't get lots of people pulling in and slamming doors. The location was clean and tidy. I'd stay here again for sure.

Lots of picnic tables and a small playground filled with sand, not wood chips. Clean bathrooms and cute flowers in the women’s restroom.

Exceptional rest area. Well maintained, good lighting, extremely safe. They have a guy on property, extremely nice and clearly takes pride in what he does. The grounds are immaculate, bathrooms too. Whether a family traveling, me en route to Southern Minnesota or truckers, one doesn’t have a feeling of being vulnerable or shady players at any point. Internet connectivity always good. No issues w teens lingering or a sense of hookers as I’ve seen at Maple Grove, one of few times I stopped there. 3 am and full blown party in women’s bathroom. I just needed to pee that time. Thanks to very one for keeping this safe and clean. Erika J....

Great place for semis to park. They have parking up front and all the way through on the sides. Clean restrooms, picnic areas, pet walking and vending machines. Plenty of garbage and recycling bins close to truck parking. Only 20 miles south of Minneapolis and no limit to how long you can park. The one on I 90 west of Minneapolis has a 10 hour limit for trucks and is enforced by police. As soon as you pull in, they are checking your tag number and setting your time too leave. I like having a nice place to park while waiting for a next load or...
