I spent over $4400.00 on two Best lift chairs which one had to have a motor replaced. My experience with the people at this furniture store is that they are arrogant. They are of the belief that because of the many years they have been in business customer service after the sale dos not matter. For this customer it dos matter and talking to me as if I'm some kind of idiot and being disrespectful I will not stand for. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone shop at this store. You crossed a line being rude to my Mom, she's 83 and deserves respect. We purchased a new rocker/recliner for my Mom, in less than 10 days it fell apart. She called and they were rude to her and all they wanted to do was fix it and wanted her to bring it back to the store first...instead of replacing it. If it fell apart in less than 10 days what good is fixing it. And it was not a cheap model, we paid good money for that chair... We did not feel pressured to buy anything and felt comfortable with our large purchase thanks to the great staff.
