It was such a disappointment. Our family has gone in prior years but within the last 4 years, the staff/owners gave the impression that to help with any questions or pricing for larger quantities was an inconvenience to any of them. At first, we thought it was just a bad day for them. Everybody has one occasionally. I also couldn’t believe the way we were treated lately! This last trip 10/23/2021 we were showing friends around from Pittsburgh and were treated very rudely. Especially, from 2 out of the 3 workers, one younger and one older! We personally will not be giving our business to them again! Especially when 2 other orchards are less than 5 miles away..answered All our questions and more, their prices were half the price and with their assistance, we could pick the correct size fruit!! This is a lovely no-frills orchard store that has excellent products. All the apples and pears are grown on-site. The apple cider is delicious and refreshing. They also have honey and honey combs. We pulled away eating thier Honey Crisp and it was one of the best we've ever had. Crisp, but not tart. Take a few minutes while there and watch them select and bag the apples on a turntable. Amazing pears and apples by the bushel or peck, but don’t bring a card…only cash or a check. Our family remarked these apples are the best, ginger gold & macintosh though we didn’t try rest.
