I have purchased a few firearms from BSC my first being back in 2019 before the range even opened. I was treated very well and had all my questions answered. I then went back not long after and purchased my second one about a year before the nee location opened up. At that time I got the white charter membership. I have shot at several locations before this one. For years I shot at Ohio Valley, once they closed I skipped around from Vances to Bullet Ranch with a few others in between. For where I live it came down between the Bullet Ranch or BSC. The BR is closer and I really dont have complaints with them but went with BSC because it's newer and the different things the target lane will allow you to do. I've been a member for a full year and just resigned for my 2nd year. Love the range but just as important the interactions with most of the employees. My son and I have really been treated like family almost every time we go. I now have bought my 3rd firearm from BSC and will continue buying from them as long as they have what I'm looking for. I have never been pressured to buy something with a higher price or really steered away from what I was looking at but I was also given advise when looking at certain model/models. I've seen a lot of negitave reviews and to be honest I just don't see what most of them are saying. I've never seen anyone treated poorly when I was there. There is a handful of people I enjoy talking with but do not remember names however I have talked with Chase several times and he has helped my son and I on several occasions when we have questions. I can't say enough about Shannon, she is awesome! We have fun giving eachother a hard time out of fun. I was amazed how she remembered my name the 2nd time seeing me and knew my sons name. I've never shot at a range where someone did that. My son shot in the 2 gun league and received several tips and compliments and most of those were from the employees shooting in the same comp. To me that's outstanding! I literly could go on and on but this has become a book already. If you had one bad experiences please give them another chance. Read moreI've visited the range here one time. Did not deal with the sales counter, but will say I walked in on a Saturday around 11am. The store was dead, and I was not greeted once by any sales members. Ammo prices are meh. Vance's has much better pricing and a much larger selection.
As far as the range, their prices are not great, but not terrible either. The gentleman who took payment was very pleasant, and the RSO was very nice (I don't remember his name).
Overall, I feel as though the owners of this establishment are both extremely self-conscience, and irrational. When met with any type of adversity, their immediate reaction is to bash any customer who leaves the slightest of negative reviews. This is an extremely poor practice in my eyes, and I can only imagine the same could be said about other potential customers who see this.
Also, look at the most recent influx of 5-star reviews. Roughly 60 percent of those are either by the owner(s), or by individuals who work for this establishment. That reinforces the 1st sentence of my 3rd paragraph and breaks Google's review policy on Conflict of Interest.
In conclusion, I will probably never return to their place of business.

Read moreI stopped in the Monday before Thanksgiving to purchase a special order gun. I knew it had to be ordered so it was no big deal. I was told I probably wouldn't get it until the next week, Monday or Tuesday, which was no problem. By that next Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so I decided to give them a call. Well to find out, something happened where my order wasn't placed, whether it be a human mistake or mechanical, I was appologized to numerous time, which I replied I completly understand (I order a lot of items for my own business, I understand this stuff happens). I was told I would have my gun by the end of the week. The very next day I get a call that my gun was shipped overnight and it was there. If that is not great customer service what is? Everyone that I talked to was extremly nice and helpful which is a big deal for me. Oh and did I mention the prices? They are very cheap on most stuff, I saved quite a bit on my special order gun. I can honestly say that my first buy from here was great, and will not be the last (already got my eyes on my next purchase).
