1st time EVER that I have installed an audio system in anything I have driven. Well they say 1st impressions are everything and I couldn't agree more.

Shane (the owner) and his crew are SUPER AWESOME and my system that they put on my GEM car (looks like a golf cart) is SUPER DOPE 💪🏾👍🏽💕. Had an issue with my horn the next day, called Shane and he sent his boys to my house and they got that thing blaring in 10 minutes.

I mentioned the horn because I believe the horn was just old and worn out and was not a direct issue related to any work Shane and his crew did, BUT that customer service mode was activated and I saw a man regardless of fault fix something at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE . So, if there is ever a post where the customer is stating that this company didn't try their very best to satisfy their customer and or make something right...well they definitely are not talking about this group.

The integrity of a business is not how they handle you when they are trying to sell you something, but rather how they handle you when something comes up or goes wrong‼️ Problem solving is key to the success of a business.

As a result of this AMAZING experience, I will not only provide this review and word of mouth but I will also be happy to bring my other 9 vehicles to them for ALL of my Audio and Camera needs. 💪🏾 Dem boys...
