My dog went here for over a year. I thought he was loving it, only to come to realize he was being neglected in Wooferties Joe's care. There was signs and I wash I would have took action sooner. First sign: I seen pictures of my dog on their Facebook page of my dog in a cage outside. When I picked him up he drank water until he threw up. An ex employee informed me that the employees put dogs in cages without water so they don't have to keep cleaning up the messes they make. Second sign: I boarded my dog there on multiple occasions, this last one, I sent pre bagged and portioned food for each meal for 3 days (breakfast and dinner) when I picked him up I got 3 bags of food back. They didn't feed him 3 meals!! This was the last straw: I took my dog to the vet, I noticed something wrong with his teeth. He ended up having to get 2 teethe removed with a report from the vet stating his teethe were badly work with metallic stains. They asked me if he was chewing on metal! I have absolutely nothing metal in my home and my dog is not a chewer, he's 5 years old. Wooferties was caging my dog during his weekly daycare visits and/or during his boarding. Where was staff?? The owner Angie denied him being in a cage but she also kept referring to my dog as a "she" and offered to show me video footage and when I agreed her daughter Mary would not let me. Mary is an aggressive girl who is very harsh and heartless to the dogs. Most recent boarding when I dropped my dog off, I barely made it through the door when she snatched his leash and literally drug him to the back. His feet were sliding on the floor and I didn't even get to say goodbye! BE WARNED!! when I brought all of this to the owner she would not take accountability for absolutely nothing! Then removed me from thier Facebook page. THE UNPROFESIONALISM AND NEGLECT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PRECIOUS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy puppy loves going to daycare at Woofie Joeās! My neighbor recommended them, and Iām really glad I took the recommendation. Daycare has been great for helping him socialize and get out some of his puppy energy. They also do grooming there so itās really convenient to schedule both on the same day. The staff takes a bunch of photos everyday so you can see your dog playing, and I love that their play space feels like a big backyard instead of a bunch of oversized kennels.
Update 2/13/24: I recently moved and wanted to update this review to reiterate how much we loved Woofie Joe's! Augie went there from the time he was 12 weeks old until we moved a few weeks ago, and I recommend Angie and the entire Woofie Joe's team to anyone looking for a doggy daycare. Even after I moved, Angie went above and beyond to help me find a new daycare for Augie. She told me what to look for, what questions to ask, and even went online to look at some of the places with me. I'm sad that Augie had to leave behind such a great team of people and all his fun furry friends at Woofie Joe's, but I hope my experience helps reassure anyone looking for a new daycare that Woofie Joe's is the best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEver have your dog wake you up to specifically go to a doggie daycare? Well you might if you try it out. Toco loves this place. I wish everyone could see him on his way over. Thatās how you know they do a great job! Thank you for taking care of my baby while Iām busy at work. Itās peace of mind that I know heās getting proper care while also exercising and socializing. Toco approves my 5 star review and you may want to let your fur baby do the same if you need someone to watch them throughout the day or if you are going out of town. Also, family owned business always is...
