The repair guys are very courteous and knowledgeable. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for perpetual problems with the way they keep their books (nothing is electronic-office looses repair tickets, invoices and paper check payments-which is all they accept). This was a little charming at first, until I politely shared my frustrations with receiving a past due invoice (by 2 months), and so suggesting they update their book keeping.
