It was certainly my lucky day when I discovered "Boardman Street Partners" on line as a furniture restorer/refinisher. I spoke with Tom Bailey on the phone and had an old family heirloom in his shop the next day. I found Tom extremely easy to work with as it was a collaborative effort to bring my mother's Hope Chest back to it's original luster (1940). Tom kept me apprised of every detail during the restoration and the end product was truly amazing. Tom really enjoys his work and the final product reflects that. I was shocked when I saw the final product and could not believe my eyes, as it looked just like I remembered the Hope Chest as a young boy. Tom is as good as anyone in this area and his final price is more than fair. I cannot thank Boardman Street Partners enough as my family is so happy with seeing our family heirloom looking like it did 80 years...

I am so happy with the work Boardman Street Partners did for me. A little used nook off my kitchen was transformed into a gorgeous banquette. The built in bench is beautifully finished with quality materials and fine detailing. The original design has also given me three large pull out drawers that I am using for storage. The made to order cushion is luxurious. In addition to a beautiful dining space, this spot also acts as window seat where we can read and relax. Tom and Chris were so easy to work with. They walked me through the whole process, offering multiple design choices and really listened to what I wanted. They did a clean and efficient installation and were very respectful of my home. The Boardman team did an amazing job on adjusting the height of my antique corner cupboard. It wouldn’t fit into the space that I wanted it to if not for the creativity, experience, and professionalism of the team.
