If you need your iPad repaired Gary is your man! It took about a day to get the new screen but then only an hour or two for the repair to be completed. So far my iPad is working like new and I have no reason to believe I’ll have any problems. It’s also noteworthy that initially Gary suggested I consider buying a newer iPad since the repair of my 12.9” pro would cost more than a new slightly smaller device. I opted to stay with my original iPad and I’m glad I did. I mention this only to reinforce the integrity this man has to give me reasonable options even if it meant he would not make a sale. BTW, his price was hundreds of dollars less than the Apple store would have charged. I brought my old iPhone to Gary to get repaired, but little did he and I know it would take us on a two weeklong adventure. After he repaired the screen the iPhone was still having issues and he went above and beyond to help get it corrected. In the end he ordered me a replacement phone and helped get it setup and ensured all was working well. A few days later just our luck, that phone was hit with a random bug from Apple, so he helped return that phone and again get a new one. It was a series of little inconveniences, but throughout whole process he really was going above and beyond to help and I appreciate that. My daughter shattered her iphone. I had no idea who to call. I jumped on the web, and I read some incredible reviews on the Geezer Squad. So I gave a call. Garry was amazing! Extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and informative...and my biggest surprise; reasonable! I thought the repair would be much more costly.
