Riesbeck's Food Market — Local services in Newcomerstown

Several times when I bought food there I only had two days and it went bad, and the gas station as a joke slowest can be if you're in a hurry do not stop there only good thing about that place is a couple employees I like they're always friendly, oh my mother-in-law got a pie there she bought for Grandma and they wouldn't give her money back , and the prices is ridiculous the it's ridiculous for the price it's the only time you can get good prices when stuff is on sale it's better off just wasting a couple bucks on gas and going to another grocery store that place is a joke do not go there and you can see they treat their employees like crap too they don't give them certain days off what a waste of time for that town for that store being down there it a joke joke joke and...

This was my first trip to the little town of Newcomers town, Ohio. While in the general area, I stopped inside Riesbeck's Food Market and found a great hometown feel among the people and those who work there as well!

Staff was courteous and sincere, the store was clean and well stocked. I am so happy I stopped in! I went for coffee creamer and $50 later, I walked out with several items I could not possibly find at my big city grocery stores.

I was not rushed to check out; and my cashier spoke to me as though she had known me my whole life...I absolutely LOVE that!

When I head back that way, going I-77 South from Canton, OH...less than an hour away, it would most certainly be worth my while to return to Riesbeck's...

I have just left this store and I am really upset with the way I was treated. I work as a assistant manager at a retail establishment. Your service center employees just embarrassed me all the way to my car, yelling out the front doors that I did not pay for the water in my cart. I came back in to show them my receipt and all she could say was oh I didn't know what that was. The receipt clearly says Niagara water. This all would not have been so bad if an apology would have been offered by either one of the employees. Their customer service needs some work.
