Barnard's Orchards — Local services in Newlin Township

My Dad occasionally delivers to Bernard's Orchid and ever since he brought an apple home for me to try I was absolutely hooked and I'm an apple snob I am very picky with my apples now there apples are the only ones I will eat, always fresh and so delicious and juicy. Today I went to Bernard's to get some delicious apples, some apple cider which was absolutely delicious tasted like i was drinking a nice juicy apple also grabbed 2 punkins for Halloween carving with my fiances family they had a lot of punkins to pick from better than the punkins you find at the store. I finally had the pleasure to finally meet Mr. Bernard himself and his beautiful wife they are absolutely the sweetest people you'll ever meet. So worth the drive there I live literally an hour and12 minutes away again so worth the drive there, you won't leave there disappointed. A must go to place you can even have fun with your kiddos and pick your own apples, highly...

Wonderful orchard, lots of great apple trees to choose from! We've been coming here three times this season for pick-your-own apples and took home almost 300 pounds (all visits combined)! Drying, canning, baking and eating apples like mad this fall! Can't beat the price and the apples are a lot better than what we usually find in groccery stores. Everyone is very friendly, they have this warm welcoming atmosphere, we love it here!!!! Also we got the buckweat honey and some other flower honey - outstanding taste! The store has so much to offer - cider, fruits, squashes, honey, dried apples, green veggetables, baked goods etc. Can't wait to see what the next...

Neat place, hate to fault them for this at all because it's nature, but poison ivy was aaaaaall over the orchard. Like all up in there. Mostly under and between trees, but plenty creeping into the walk aisles as well. I'm highly sensitive so my experience was... Stressful. Hopefully I do not get it, washed off as soon as I got home.

Wear long pants and long socks, shower with a wash cloth and wash your clothes and shoes when you get home.

Better pricing than some other places I've been. Did not buy it, only got apples and cider, but the honey was reasonably priced. Crazy long...
