I went in needing a new King size mattress and found more than I could have expected. They worked with me on the price of the King size mattress and I was able to also get a Queen size mattress for my daughter who was much overdue for one as well. They were very professional and answered all of my questions, which I had a lot of. It was my first time buying a mattress myself and at the beginning of the process I had the same anxiety as I would buying a new car. But once I got there it was personalized and I wish I was better with names because the gentleman that helped me was the absolute best. I we ordered the Queen mattress which would be delivered on a different day than the King mattress, and they only charged me 1 delivery fee. They also hauled off the old King mattress for us so I didn't have to figure out how to do that. Honestly if I could give them like 100 5 star 🌟 reviews I absolutely would. You won't beat the prices and the experience was a million times better then I expected it to be. Buying a gel memory foam mattress from, mattress by appt was one of the most pleasurable experience I have had in a long time. First let me say I was running a little late, and he was so understanding and polite to me, and made me feel right at home. He asked what I was looking for in a mattress, and all I knew was a gel memory foam mattress with no pressure points due to a spinal cord injury, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and severe degenerative disc disease. He allowed me to lie on each mattress a few times and get a feel of the firmness and the softness to make sure I purchased the right mattress he was also very helpful and knowledgeable and the way the mattress were made and durability and life expectancies and warranties on each mattress, all in all I was very pleased and I will tell everyone I know that needs a new mattress to go to Mattress By Appointment, and I will be back in a month or two to purchase my daughter a new mattress... Absolutely best pricing, service and overall experience. We are a military family and just PCS'd here for my bride to attend IBOLC, Airborne and Ranger schools at Fort Benning. We quickly tried the easy financing but decided to just use our American Express card to make our purchase. The bed, mattress, box spring and night stand were delivered and setup the very next day.
